Townhome Projects Surge in Northeast Florida

Scott Sailer of the Jacksonville Daily Record recently wrote an article highlighting the surge in townhome projects in Northeast Florida.  According to Sailer’s report, “City of Jacksonville permit data shows 349 permits for townhomes were issued in the first five months of 2019.  That’s more than the 215 townhome permits issued in all of 2018.”  Our president, Alex Sifakis, is quoted in the article explaining why townhome interest has to do with the rise in costs for land, labor, and materials.
