What should I bring to the event?
Please bring yourself, a positive attitude, water, snacks, and comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for walking. You will spend plenty of time out and about in the city during the event. We’ll provide everything else, including swag items!
What's the dress code?
Dress is casual. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes, as there will be walking involved.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes, you can bring one guest. That guest does NOT need to be a current JWB client. However, each guest must have their own purchased ticket. Please ensure you include your guest when completing your registration.
Will meals be provided?
We will have several meal options arranged for attendees throughout the summit.

Will I get to meet the JWB team and take a tour of the office?
Absolutely! Every guest will have the opportunity to sit down with a JWB Portfolio Manager at the event. This is your chance to meet our dedicated team in person, review your current portfolio performance, and ensure your financial goals are on track for success. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore additional investment opportunities with JWB, such as acquiring more properties, learning about JWB Private Lending, JWB Realty services, and JWB Property Management for non-JWB properties. Think of it as your annual financial review but focused on your real estate investments.
Will I get to see my JWB properties?
Yes! When you’re in town, you can take the opportunity to see your JWB properties. Please inform your Portfolio Manager in advance if you wish to visit, so we can ensure the visit does not disrupt our residents. Remember, these are self-guided visits, and we ask that you do not visit unannounced to respect the privacy and peace of our residents.
What should I do after I register?
Once you’ve registered for the Summit, here’s how to prepare:
- Book Your Travel: Secure your flights and accommodations early.
- Client Eligibility: If you’re not yet a JWB client but wish to attend, ensure you have your first property under contract by February 18, 2025. The onboarding process typically takes 2-3 weeks, so plan accordingly.
- Schedule Your One-on-One: Book your appointment with your JWB Portfolio Manager. More info on how to schedule will be posted soon.
