FAQ’s
How do you screen the prospective tenants?
We screen applicants using Saferent Solutions’ Renter Score. If the applicant(s) pass the screening we then verify income with employers. Once the background screening and employment verifications have been completed the applicant will receive final approval with a qualifying amount in rent. Applicants can rent any home at or under the qualifying amount.
Why do you only offer 2-3 year leases?
What are your management fees?
3 buckets:
Property Management Fee = 10% of rents collected
Tenant Placement Fee = 1’st Month’s Rent
Lease Renewal Fee = $200/year renewed
JWB Elite Program: Once you reach 5 properties under management with us your fees drop to 9%. We drop to 8% once you have 10 properties under management with us.
How do you determine the rent rates for my properties?

How do you collect rent and distribute my earnings?
Residents pay their rent through our online portal. Rental income for our owners is paid out on the 26th of every month. Owners also have a portal to log in to review statements.
