As your Portfolio Manager, I will be conducting your annual performance reviews, providing quarterly Jacksonville market updates, buying plan check-ins, repeat sales calls, facilitating new onboards, and a resource in your exit strategy if and when that time comes. I am committed to keeping you up to date on all the moving parts in your portfolio and ensure you are on track to reaching your investment goals.

A little about me: I have been in the industry since 2015 and have years of experience in Real Estate and Asset Management, 12 years’ experience in Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Data Analysis. I have successfully and simultaneously managed portfolios exceeding $50 million in combined value and have increased valuations of multi-family properties by up to 200%. On my off time I enjoy being a Jacksonville Jaguar season ticket member for 11 years, avid member of the Florida Rum Society, Former golf, tennis, and flag football enthusiast replaced by current father of twin toddlers.

Client Relations Coordinator

As a Client Relations Coordinator, I am responsible for providing regular portfolio updates on rent collection, maintenance approvals, lease renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and property turns. I am dedicated to keeping my clients up to date on all the moving parts in their portfolios and providing timely updates on property performance.

A little about me: Hi I’m Logan and I’m a Jacksonville native and proud graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design, where I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Advertising Design with a minor in Photography.

I spent a decade in the landscape nursery industry, where I developed expertise in digital landscape design, customer service, and retail management. In 2020, I transitioned into property management, joining a boutique firm specializing in historic district properties. In November 2023, I brought my passion and experience to JWB, stepping into the role of Property Manager and Maintenance Coordinator. My drive and adaptability quickly propelled me into a Portfolio Manager role within the Multi-Family department, where I managed complex property operations and client relations. I now serve as a Client Relations Coordinator, leveraging my diverse background to enhance client experience, streamline communication, and support portfolio performance.

Having grown up in the Ortega, Avondale, and Riverside neighborhoods, I have a deep-rooted appreciation for Jacksonville’s historic homes. My professional interests include property valuation and continuing to grow my knowledge of North Florida’s real estate market.

Outside of work, I enjoy viewing the world through a camera lens, with a love for lifestyle and landscape photography. In my free time, I can often be found exploring gardens, hanging out by the pool with my family, taking walks and uncovering hidden gems around town.
