As a Client Relations Coordinator I am responsible for providing regular portfolio updates on rent collection, maintenance approvals, lease renewals, move in’s, move outs, and property turns. I am dedicated to keeping my clients up to date on all the moving parts in their portfolio and providing timely updates on property performance.
A little about me: Hi I’m Ashley. I graduated in 2017 with two bachelor’s degrees from UCF in Event Management and Hospitality Management. Relevant skills include property management, client relations, event coordination, hospitality services, and auditing. I love to travel and spend time visiting the Florida theme parks!

As your Portfolio Manager, I will be conducting your annual performance reviews, providing quarterly Jacksonville market updates, buying plan check-ins, repeat sales calls, facilitating new onboards, and a resource in your exit strategy if and when that time comes. I am committed to keeping you up to date on all the moving parts in your portfolio and ensure you are on track to reaching your investment goals.
A little about me: Hi there I’m Chris. I have been with JWB since 2022. I have a degree in Communications and TV Production from UNF. Throughout my professional career I have 8 years of experience as a training coordinator and 2 years as a technical support representative. Communication and Organization are the top skills that help me excel in my current role. I love to translate a complex bit of information into a relatable and understandable bite-sized piece that allows my clients to feel supported and increase our knowledge together. My hunger to excel keeps me a top performer and I look forward to delivering that service for all of my clients. Some of my hobbies include Tennis (watching and playing), Reading (yes, I am in a book club), Kayaking, and belting out songs in my car (alone, so no one else has to hear).

Hi, I’m Suzie Becker and I am originally from New York City. After nearly two decades of managing investment-grade real estate portfolios in the Northeast, I traded my skis for a surfboard and moved to the sunshine state.
I am a wife, and mom to two amazing kids, and we transplanted to Northeast Florida in 2015. Whether juggling board meetings, community engagement opportunities, or cheering my kids or our local teams from the sidelines at local sporting events, I know how important it is to stay organized, communicate clearly, and show up for the people who count on you. I bring warmth, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility to everything I do. That mindset carries into every relationship I build, both personally and professionally.
