A little about me: Hello, I'm Jim Bystrzycki, (By-stricky). I have over a decade of experience in real estate, transitioning from a detail-oriented mortgage broker to a Portfolio Manager, I hold a master’s in educational leadership (2012) and a bachelor’s in business administration (2010) from Winona State University. My forte lies in optimizing real estate portfolios, by being a clear communicator and getting to know my clients on a personal level so I can work towards their financial freedom and goals. In my spare time, Family is my anchor—embarking on adventures with my wife and three daughters brings balance to my life. In my spare time, I love boating or working on classic cars in my garage. Guided by strong principles of integrity and trust, my work ethic blends professionalism with personal connections. I am dedicated to keeping my clients up to date on all the moving parts in their portfolio and providing timely updates on property performance.

A little about me: Hi I’m Ashley. I graduated in 2017 with two bachelor's degrees from UCF in Event Management and Hospitality Management. Relevant skills include property management, client relations, event coordination, hospitality services, and auditing. I love to travel and spend time visiting the Florida theme parks!

A little about me: Hi I’m Cristian. I am a spirited professional navigating the dynamic landscape of investment rental properties in the Jacksonville area. Hailing from the heart of Guadalajara, my journey has been shaped by a mix of curiosity, determination, and a dash of charm. I embarked on a career path that seamlessly blends my passion for human relations. From contributing to the betterment of quality of life as a clinical mental health therapist to donning the hat of Client Relations Coordinator here at JWB, each role has been a unique chapter in my professional story. Beyond my time in office, my heart lies in the simple pleasures of life. I'm happily married and have two adorable cats that are my pride and joy. In the realm of relaxation, you'll often find me putting my creativity to the test through knitting and cooking/baking. I love exploring the local food scene, embarking on outdoor adventures, or immersing myself in a good book. I'm a firm believer in maintaining a well-rounded lifestyle. As your Investment Operations Coordinator I will be your main point of contact for any home insurance inquiries, city/HOA/HUD/ 7-day notice violations, home inspections (as requested), bank account level information, Fair Market Value Evaluation forms for homes held in a retirement account, appraisal requests, and providing rental updates when a home is vacant. My goal is to guarantee clear communication, timely delivery, and overall project success.

A little about me: Hi I’m Shannon. I have over 7 years of commercial real estate management before joining the team at JWB. My major is in Office Administration, and I hold four technical certificates in business including Business Entrepreneurship, Business Specialist, Business Management, and Business Operations. I have received multiple awards and recognition for my contribution in the improvement of auditing scores relating to legal documents. I have also used my skills and experience in business management to establish a successful small business that continues to serve the Jacksonville area. When not consumed by business matters, I can be found with my two little boys and my husband, or crafting something from scraps to turn into treasure. I love DIY'ing and decorating. I am also a huge fan of audiobooks, aroma therapy, and journaling.
