How JWB Property Management Works

Step 1: Schedule a phone appointment with a JWB Portfolio Manager.

Schedule your 15 minute call to help JWB understand your property management expectations and also discover why you have an interest in working with the property management team like JWB.

You’ll also receive more information on JWB as well as the type of client experience we aim to deliver.

Step 2: Determine if JWB is a good fit and if our goals are aligned with yours.

If so, we’ll start the client onboarding process by getting additional information about your property as well as reviewing necessary documentation and fees.

Step 3: Begin onboarding with JWB.

Our property management agreement and fee schedule is simple and transparent, so this process is really quite smooth and enjoyable. It usually takes about a week from the time you initially contact JWB until we are officially your property management team.

You’ll be able to track your portfolio’s income and expenses through our client portal, plus have a monthly call with your personal JWB portfolio manager.
