We’re your Acosta Team! We named ourselves after one of Jacksonville’s iconic bridges—the Acosta Bridge—because we believe we work just like a bridge does: creating connection, keeping things moving, and supporting the flow of everyday life. Much like the Acosta’s role in linking key parts of the city, our team is built to work together seamlessly to provide you with a smooth and enjoyable living experience!

A little about me: Hey! I am Sydney, I am originally from a small town in Arkansas. I attended college at Arkansas State University where I received my bachelor’s in health studies and later continued my education with Louisiana State University to receive a master’s in health administration. While in college in Arkansas I also met my wonderful husband who later joined the military. Over our time together we have welcomed three beautiful little girls into our family and have lived in San Diego, CA and Jacksonville, FL. We love doing anything outdoors and hosting community events in our neighborhood. I began working with JWB in May of 2023 and have found a love for being able to build relationships with each of you and being able to be a part of your support system when needed!

A little about me: Hello, I’m Garrison! Originally from Athens, Georgia, I recently made the move to Jacksonville in February for a fresh start. In my free time, you can find me fishing and doing anything outside. I’m excited to be getting married soon to my wonderful fiancée, which is a huge milestone in my life. I have been with JWB since February of 2025, and I’m really looking forward to working with you!

A little about me: Hi, I’m Leanne! I am a Jacksonville native and I love being a part of this community so much! I enjoy spending my free time at local coffee shops and farmers markets. When I am at home, my beautiful cat Glenn is never too far away. We are often on the couch together reading, watching movies, or sewing. I have a background in customer service and have been on the JWB Team since April of 2025. I look forward to being there for you and your family!

A little about me: Hi, I am Sybel, but you can call me Sy for short. I am the middle child, and my hobbies include any kind of physical activity, may it be sports, gym, running etc. Fun fact about me as well is that I have never flown on an airplane or traveled outside my city due to the traumatizing movie I’ve watched when I was kid which was “Taken” starring Liam Neeson and ever since I’ve been afraid to travel. I have been with JWB since 2023, and am here to assist the other 3 members of your team to ensure your experience is seamless and wonderful. I am happy to be part of this team and definitely looking forward to be working with you 🙂
