JWB Gives Away Turkeys to our Residents on Thanksgiving

December 03, 2018

Many investors don’t understand that the recipe for a successful investment starts with a happy resident (also known as a tenant.)  A happy resident stays in your rental property for many years, pays rent on time and maintains the home according to our standards.  When that happens, we have a happy investor client because we are going to out-perform our return on investment expectations.  And when that happens, that happy client comes back to JWB to add new rental properties to their portfolio to fulfill their passive income plan.  At JWB, the win-win-win is what we’re after.

In order to accomplish this, we go out of our way throughout the year to do something extra special for residents.  Each property manager on our team is able to select a resident from their portfolio who is most deserving and we hand deliver turkeys right before the Thanksgiving holiday.  The residents are blown away and our team really enjoys the simple act of giving and building an even stronger relationship with the resident they are serving.

Our property management team put together a short presentation at our team meeting the other day with pictures and testimonials of the great turkey giveaway so I thought I’d pass long.  Just click on the link below.
