The Role

JWB Real Estate Companies is a privately held company that has been around for 15+ years operating in Northeast Florida. We are a fully integrated real estate company seeking a Salesforce administrator to support all aspects of our growing business. Our company has various operating verticals which the new administrator would play a vital part in supporting; these include overall project management supporting internal and external resources, system configurations, user management, data management, troubleshooting, cyber awareness and controls experience, and a great attitude. This position will require a technical IT background with specific Salesforce experience, excellent organization, and time management to successfully manage all the moving parts. What You'll Do

As a Salesforce System Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting and maintaining the Salesforce platform within our organization. You will be a resident Salesforce expert who collaborates with various teams, internal and external, to ensure the effective utilization of Salesforce, drive user adoption, and maintain data integrity. Your primary responsibilities will include project management, system monitoring and troubleshooting, system configuration, user management, data maintenance, and providing support to end users. 

Primary technical responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:  

  • System Configuration and Customization: 
    • Strong technical skills and overall understanding of Salesforce configurations for business requirements and management overall security of the system  
    • Maintain custom objects, fields workflows, validation rules, process builder flows, amongst others 
  • Data Management and Maintenance: 
    • Perform data imports, updates, and quality control 
    • Develop data backup and recovery strategies 
  • Support and Troubleshooting: 
    • Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot Salesforce issues 
    • Collaborate with teams to address system-related problems 
  • Business Process Documentation and Improvement: 
    • Document workflows and SOPs 
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement 
  • Continuous Improvement: 
    • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and best practices 
    • Recommend and implement process improvements 
    • Identify opportunities to automate processes 
  • Project management and development  
    • Assist in identification, prioritization, and allocation of Salesforce projects  
    • Create relationships with external developers and manage projects through delivery  
    • Create/develop and monitor project management tools to ensure delivery timelines are identified and met  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 
  • Keen understanding of the Salesforce platform and experience in development; knowledge APAX Classes/Triggers, Lightning Components 
  • Familiarity with configuration tools in Salesforce, such as Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Flow Automation, and Validation Rules 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 
  • Project management experience; excellent communication and interpersonal skills (preferred)  
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment 

Time Commitment 

This role is expected to work from the office the majority of the time, meeting off-site as needed. Variation in work schedule may be required on occasion for special projects and impending deadlines, but teammate will typically work 40-50 hours per week.
