Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be the main day-to-day resource for the Portfolio Management team. The supervisor will exemplify our JWB culture and core values, and drive performance through onboarding, training, coaching, and long-term development of all teammates. This position will require excellent organization and time management skills, to exceed expectations for our clients (owners, residents, community) and teammates.
Responsibilities
- New hire onboarding and training to include the interview process.
- Managing and keeping up-to-date training documents and systems.
- Support and prepare weekly team meetings as well as conduct weekly one on one meetings with specifically designated staff.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly auditing/reporting/checks and balances to review individual and team metrics and provide feedback, implement process changes, and drive the production of the Sales & Service business.
- Quarterly implementation of short-term incentives and accountability to the annual business plan.
- Assist in the information transfer between Sales, Property Management, Maintenance, Leasing, Renovations, and Accounting teams leading to excellent collaboration and teamwork.
- Serve as the main resource to the portfolio management team to stay well involved in the day-to-day and recognize coaching opportunities as they arise.
- Be a resource for the staff and the clients in our annual performance reviews related to internal process changes, market updates, and resources related to investor questions.
- Assist in all escalated or complex owner questions or concerns.
- Utilize all resources to overcome objections related to the ownership of investments such as acquisition, sale, and other variables that will impact the investment cycle.
- Conduct annual reviews for all staff, as well as quarterly competency reviews and any necessary reprimands, write-ups, action plans, and terminations of staff as needed based on performance.
- Own the responsibility of ensuring exceptional owner experience through our customer service and creative problem-solving.
- Projects as outlined by the Director of Sales and Service that support the overall function of JWB Real Estate Capital as a business unit.
- Create a wonderful investment/ rental experience for all clients, residents, vendors, and teammates.
Requirements
- College Degree (Minimum Bachelor’s Degree)

Time Commitment:
45-50 hours weekly
