Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Leasing Agent to join our team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume position where you will be responsible for assisting prospects with finding and leasing properties. As an Inside Sales Leasing Agent, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our leasing operations. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is committed to meeting and exceeding leasing objectives. This teammate will work directly under his/her JWB Supervisor (and alongside their team) for all accountabilities listed below.


  • Minimize property vacancy by finding a resident for all available properties.
  • Answer a high volume of inbound calls (60-80) each day.
  • Actively engage with prospects through various channels (phone, email, and text) to address inquiries, provide information, and schedule property tours promptly.
  • Conduct property showings, highlighting the key features and benefits of each property.
  • Process lease applications, conduct background and credit checks, and maintain accurate records.
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail by notating all prospect communications.
  • Collaborate with property managers to ensure smooth and efficient leasing processes.
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends, property availability, and prospect needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing journey, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Meet and consistently exceed monthly leasing goals and targets.


  • Florida Real Estate License or ability to obtain licensure within 90 days of start (Required)
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing processes to achieve peak efficiency. (Required)
  • Experience in inside sales (Preferred).
  • Must be available 40-60 hours per week during Mon-Fri or Tues-Sat schedule.
  • Depending on team needs, you must be able to work 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM and 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trusting relationships with prospects.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a hunger for completing objectives.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software.
  • Highest level of professional integrity and ethics, with a Sales-driven mentality.

Compensation Package

Commission-Draw Structure. Expected earning potential in the range of $65,000 – $85,000. This range will depend on your individual performance.

Time Commitment

40-60 hours per week
