The primary focus of this role is to provide top-notch support to the Business Owner, Adam Rigel which includes capital management and HR responsibilities. The person in this role thrives on staying organized and has unparalleled follow through.  If you are driven by details, organization and have the internal motivation to see things through in a flexible, fast paced environment, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

 Scheduling meetings for Business Owner

  • Ongoing task management for various project management endeavors
  • Ongoing projects pertaining to various land development and commercial real estate deals
  • Assist in the private lending process which includes setting up new lending opportunities to our lender base, facilitating the loan closings, creating payoffs, etc.
  • Assist in the hiring process via scheduling and pipeline management
  • Organize weekly reports for numerous business processes
  • Act as and become a trusted resource for our team
  • Continued growth and education
  • All other duties as assigned by Adam Rigel

Requirements

  • College Degree Preferred (Minimum 2 years); High School Diploma Required
  • Appropriate Score on Predictive Index (part of JWB’s hiring process which applicant will receive after application submission)
  • Highly communicative, detail oriented and organized
  • Superior communication skills, collaborative with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Work well in a team-oriented environment and analyze decisions with a broad perspective
  • Results-oriented team player with a high level of self-motivation
  • Highest level of personal and professional integrity and ethics
  • Must be enthusiastic, creative, and able to think both strategically and tactically
  • Flexibility to adapt to process changes
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Internet applications, and related software
  • Demonstrate effective and efficient decision-making skills

Time Commitment: 8:30a-5p Monday-Friday

  • Primarily, JWB Business Owner, Adam Rigel
  • Various outside vendors for Project Management responsibilities
  • 90+ internal teammates including Jamie Crawford (Private Lending) & Laura McLogan (HR)
