The Opportunity
The primary focus of this role is to provide exemplary and mind-blowing customer service to our new and existing client base. The person in this role continues to build our customer service reputation by handling all communications related to the ongoing property management of the home, soliciting referrals, and helping our clients with portfolio expansion. Expectations will include above-and-beyond experiences such as proactive service lines of communication and building a forum for client feedback.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for making routine monthly proactive service calls to the client base related, but not limited to all property management functions
- Rent, non-payment of rent
- Maintenance approvals
- Lease ends/ Renewals
- Property Turn Approvals
- Rental updates
- Act as and become a trusted resource to our investors with investment and market knowledge
- Foster a referral and repeat sales-based environment and culture, meet and exceed referral and repeat sales goals
- Audit of accounts for monthly accounting functions
- Responsible for onboarding/ terminating all owners for management services
- Continued growth and education
- Build an incredible client experience through service channels
- All other duties as assigned by the Portfolio Management Manager
Requirements
- College Degree Preferred (Minimum 2 years); High School Diploma Required
- Appropriate Score on Predictive Index (part of JWB’s hiring process which applicant will receive after application submission)
- Superior communication skills, collaborative with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Work well in a team-oriented environment and analyze decisions with a broad perspective
- Results-oriented team player with a high level of self-motivation
- Very analytical, quick to pick up systems, and processes and learn to evaluate deals
- Highest level of personal and professional integrity and ethics
- Must be enthusiastic, creative, and able to think both strategically and tactically
- Flexibility to adapt to process changes for the betterment of client experience and team efficiency
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Internet applications, and related software
- Demonstrate effective and efficient decision-making skills
