We named ourselves after one of Jacksonville’s iconic bridges—the Dames Point Bridge—because we believe we work just like a bridge does: providing stability, support, and connection to our residents. Much like the bridge’s unique design and strength, our team is built to work together seamlessly. Each of us plays an important role in making sure your living experience is smooth, reliable, and connected. Whether it’s maintenance, communication, or community events—we’re here for you, as one united team!

A little about me: Hello! My name is Adam. My teenage daughter and I have lived in Florida for 6 years and we are so grateful it is our permanent home! We love Florida’s outdoors and love to explore sunny beaches and lush trails. We also love theme parks, art festivals, and concerts. I have worked in Real Estate for most of my professional career and have been with JWB since 2018. I love connecting with our residents and using creative thinking to elevate their overall experience. I am excited to get to know you and support you with anything you may need!

With over 12 years of experience in Property Management, I find working with residents to be the most rewarding part of my job. In my free time, I enjoy reading and crafting and spending time with friends and family. I have been with JWB since 2023 and look forward to working with you!

A little about me: Hello! I’m Mayra, originally from the charming city of Erie, Pennsylvania. While I must admit, I don’t miss the snow at all (haha!), I do hope to visit again someday. I’m the oldest of two siblings and the proud mom of three amazing boys and one little girl – they are truly my world! In my free time, I love traveling with my kids and creating unforgettable memories together. I’ve been working with JWB since 2024 and I absolutely love it here!
