As a Client Relations Coordinator I am responsible for providing regular portfolio updates on rent collection, maintenance approvals, lease renewals, move in’s, move outs, and property turns. I am dedicated to keeping my clients up to date on all the moving parts in their portfolio and providing timely updates on property performance.

A little about me: I have a strong focus on communication and transparency. I will ensure that each of my clients stay informed and confident in their property’s performance. I come to JWB with an extensive background in multi-family housing management and a deep understanding of organizational behavior and human resources from my studies at the University of Michigan. I pride myself on my dedication, empathy, and commitment to excellence. I strive to make every client feel valued and supported. When I am not helping clients reach their investment goals, I enjoy spending time outdoors, reading, being creative, and spending quality time with my family and dogs.

Portfolio Manager Specialist

As a lead Portfolio Manager, I will be conducting your annual performance reviews, providing quarterly Jacksonville market updates, buying plan check-ins, repeat sales calls, facilitating new onboards, and a resource in your exit strategy if and when that time comes. I am committed to keeping you up to date on all the moving parts in your portfolio and ensure you are on track to reaching your investment goals.

A little about me: I have had the privilege of serving as a Portfolio Manager with JWB since 2018. Throughout this tenure, my primary emphasis has been on diligently overseeing client investments, skillfully managing expansive portfolios, overseeing the onboarding process for a substantial portfolio comprising over a hundred properties, and management of the operational aspects of apartment complexes. This achievement not only reflects my capacity to efficiently manage a high volume of property acquisitions but also underscores my commitment to ensuring a seamless and effective integration process. In addition to these responsibilities, I have played a pivotal role in the establishment and enhancement of the property management client division within our organization. On my off time I spend my time hanging out with my four-year-old son. I enjoy going to the beach, exploring new restaurants, a good Malbec, reading, and singing at the top of my lungs, somehow managing to get the majority of the words wrong. I am an Enneagram 7, so I will always have a smile on my face and attempt to make you laugh!

Education: Double majored in Communication and History at the University of North Florida in 2017
