The Downtown Development Review Board (DDRB) unanimously approved JWB’s plan for shipping container housing in Jacksonville’s Downtown Cathedral District.
Mike Mendenhall of the Jacksonville Daily Record explains the plan and highlights the DDRB’s support of the project. The DDRB board feels the project will fill the gap by providing affordable housing in the downtown neighborhood.
